What we do

Slatedrift is an AI build & automation studio. We design and build systems — AI agents, automations, websites, storefronts, dashboards, and the infrastructure around them — for businesses.

Scope and quotes

Every build is scoped on a call and quoted as a fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. Your written scope and quote — not anything on this website — define what’s included. Copy on this site is general information, not an offer or a guarantee.

Payment

Payments are handled securely through Stripe on the terms set out in your written quote.

Ownership and handover

On full payment, the deliverables we build for you are yours — code, accounts, and automations — handed over in full, with no lock-in. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, techniques, and non-client-specific components in our own work.

No guaranteed outcomes

We commit to delivering the agreed scope to a high standard. We don’t guarantee specific business results (such as revenue or rankings), which depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [set your LLC’s state], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
